Our ethos is to cater for all abilities, and this includes top level performance runners. The Haries are a club competing at a high standard with top level athletes running for us. We regularly challenge non-university clubs within the Scottish cross-country leagues, and some members even compete internationally.
Below you will find a training plan for semester one, information on the performance program provided by the sports union, and details of our coach Alister Russell who sets the sessions. If you already train at home and are making the transition to university running, Alister is more than happy to work with you and your home coach to make sure you get the most out of the training schedule.
